Otherwise, if a brand new product has been opened, returns with full refunds are only permissible if the product is defective. Additionally, you must first contact us in order to try and resolve the product defect before you initiate the return. We provide a 30-day DOA warranty for any defective products, so there is plenty of time to figure out if there's anything wrong with your purchase. If you opened the product but it isn't defective or if you didn't try to first contact us before initiating the return, a restocking fee of 50% applies.
